We're in the middle of fine-tuning the Seer and the Syncretic. Here are the major changes:

• DIVULSION now requires a kind of Fallout Check to activate the side effects.
• You can now tick DIVLUSION by one to expend a playbook specific resource
• The Seer has additional prompts upon activating EYE
