this is a supplement for the game songbirds 3e by snow. it is meant to help you build out a dungeon as you’re exploring it with minimal engagement with the pdf. you can build your own path through the dungeon, exploring its nooks and crannies while avoiding the many traps and hazards. here is a link for ease of use 

how do I use it?

first, you have to make a personal copy,

in the top left corner of the sheet, click on “File > Make a Copy.” a small window should pop up. rename the sheet and change the copy location if you would like. then, click on the “Make a Copy” button. this will create a version of the sheet that you can share and edit at your whim.

you can copy the sheets directly onto an existing google sheet document (like Ida Ailes’ character sheets), but this will require some extra steps. after you’ve made your personal copy using the above steps, navigate to the bottom left corner of the sheet to the button with three lines and click on it. it will show you two tabs named “Dungeon” and “Data.” click on Data. this will take you to the backstage area of the sheet where I store all of the information for the Dungeon page. 

then, navigate to the bottom left corner to the tabs labeled “Dungeon” and “Data.” you will need to first click on the arrow on Data. then click “Copy to > Existing Spreadsheet” and select the spreadsheet you would like to send the data to. you will have to repeat this process with the Dungeon sheet. on the new spreadsheet, rename each page to “Dungeon” and “Data” separately – this is the only way to make sure that the Dungeon page can work on a new spreadsheet. 

how to input information

whenever you roll to determine a new room in the dungeon, input the number you rolled into a white box on the page. this will change the gray box below it into the content of the new room. the same process applies to traps and hazards. 

make sure to make a copy of the Dungeon page when creating a dungeon so that you always have a blank sheet before the next dungeon.
